Day Of Coordination
Day of coordination is perfect for the couple who has everything planned and now just needs someone to make sure everything run smoothly. With our day of coordination you will have two on-site coordinators that will make sure your day is stress free leaving family and friends to enjoy your special day as well!

Wedding day timeline

Ceremony and Reception Management

Rehearsal Management (1 1/2 hrs.)

10 hour day of event coordination (Can add more hours determined at consultation)

Accepts personal flowers, distribute corsages and boutonnieres to wedding party.

Organize and execute the wedding party processional

Kindly greet guests and help guide them throughout the day

Instruct ushers on proper seating of guests based on wedding couples instructions

Que the cake cutting and toasting ceremonies as well as the first dance, parent dances, bouquet toss, garter toss, and any other special dances or events requested

Work with catering staff to ensure timely start and finish of dinner per the wedding day timeline

Secure wedding gifts and cards to designated location by the wedding couple

Secure any personal items at the end of the reception such as: top layer of cake, toasting flutes, cake serving set, and any other personalized items brought by the wedding couple

* Travel : If the wedding venue is outside of a 50 mile radius of Kansas City there will be a $175.00 travel flat rate fee.
